Yes of course, as you can see here on the printscreen https://snipboard.io/DeWOVR.jpg (there are the 4 stages I’ve been through till the error ocured. First I clicked on Woocommerce at the WP-Dashboard.
1) then I saw the Welcome Screen of the Woo Assistant (Welcome to Woo!). There I clicked at the button “set up my store”,
2) then I defined which of these best describes you? (Welche dieser Angaben beschreibt Sie am besten?) with “I am just starting a company” (Ich gründe gerade erst ein Unternehmen) and hit the Button “Continue” (Fortfahren),
3) the next page “Tell us a little about your store” (Erzählen Sie uns ein wenig über Ihren Shop) loaded and I filled in the form. After defining “Austria” (Österreich) as the location of my store I got back this message:

“Apparently you live here: Brazil. Are you sure you want to create a store in this country: Austria?
If you do not set up your store for the correct country, the following problems may occur:

• Tax and duty obligations
• Problems with payment
• Problems with shipping.”
  
  (or in german language:
  
• Anscheinend leben Sie hier: Brazil. Sind Sie sicher, dass Sie einen Shop in diesem Land erstellen wollen: Osterreich?
• Wenn Sie Ihren Shop nicht für das richtige Land einrichten, können folgende Probleme auftreten:
• Steuer- und Abgabepflichten
• Probleme mit der Zahlung
• Probleme mit dem Versand)
  
  –> As an explanation: I am an Austrian and want to set up the store for Austria/ Germany/ Switzerland… in the first step in order to sell my book, which is in German.
  But: I am now in Brazil/ live here for a longer period of time, which Woocommerce has probably noticed.
  
  after hitting the Button “Continue” (Fortfahren),
  4) the Error-Page loaded with “Oops, something went wrong” (Ups, da ist etwas schiefgelaufen).
  
  As suggested before I checked the locale settings again but they are correctly set to match the location of my shop in Austria. (with WooCommerce > Settings > General > Store Address).
  
  Reloading the page doesn’t help. I also updated my Plug-Ins and tried it with all the other Plug-Ins disabled but WooCommerce.
  
  Do you have any Idea to fix this?
