    Understood. No worries. I’m not a member because I didn’t build my site so I cannot use that site. I had a guy do it and he has gone awol. I’m thinking my best bet is to just build a new one from scratch. Thanks for the info.

    Thanks for the advice – that was perfect. I used WinSCP to FTP into my site and started to remove Plugins. It looks like it was the better-wp-security/better-wp-security.php plugin that was the culprit. I deleted the folder out of the plugins directory and now I can access the site.
