Ahhhhh, your response gave me an idea. I checked all my plugins and found the problem was being created by WP-O-MATIC. It must not have been compatible with the changes made in WP for the upgrade.

No, on my other sites that i didn’t upgrade it works right. It’s just on the sites I upgraded.
I have WP Setup in 6 directories on one of my sites. When using the install program you can use different dbase prefixes and use one mysql database for all the sites.
You can also use 2 different databases if you prefer. WP is very flexible.
