Since I updated all plugins from my WordPress Site and reset the cache the problem gone. Dont know if this error was caused by outdated plugins but just registering here.
Talvez seja um problema do próprio PagSeguro mas espero algum retorno para ver se alguém resolveu isso pois gostaria de poder testar transações no sandbox
