I removed the fontend.js from optimization settings, clean all cache files and it still doesn’t work. Please, some new ideas?

I’m facing a similar problem with the Neve mobile menu (hamburger) but in my situation, the mobile menu simply doesn’t works. I tried a lot of solutions I researched on the web but nothing is working so far…
The solutions I tried are:
- Updated the Neve theme to the latest version;
- Disable/Enable all the installed plugins;
- Changed the PHP version;
- Disable/Enable the child theme;
- Clean the plugin cache and etc…
