I fixed it. I took a version of the wp-admin folder from another website and loaded it to this site and it fixed whatever bug was messing with the page.
I figured it out. I went to my old website and copied over the loose files in the wp-admin folder and now it works. I think there was a bug on the widgets.php page.
I can’t click on the Screen Options Link…for some reason I click on it and nothing happens.
I know the link works on my other site, but for some reason it won’t work on this new site.
