We have the same problem! It is not working on the live site.
Purchased Premium WP Fastest Cache 1 WEEK ago while creating development site.
Now have the site running live, ON A DIFFERENT SERVER. But the Premium version will not activate.
I have tried disabling it as per instructions and RE DOWNLOADING VIA THE “UPDATE” BUTTON BUT IT’S NOT EVEN GIVING ME PERMISSION TO SEE THAT PAGE!
SO FRUSTRATING! WHERE TO FROM HERE ??
