    Hi Bill
    Thanks for all your suggestions – I really appreciate it. Unfortunately, I am not IT competent and it took me well over a week to simply discover how to access this Support service. As an example, I have no idea what a plugin is,nor what a web host is either; I did have an employee who set this all up but she no longer works for me. I will try and find out what a ‘web host’ is and if I have one.
    I will have to give it some thought and consider who can help out here.

    Hi Bill:

    When I go into Settings, General, I get the following:
    Site title
    Tagline
    Time zone
    Date format
    Time format
    Weeks starts on
    Language

    I have checked and I am listed as Administrator.

    Another thought came to mind: could it make a difference if I gave you the wrong version number? I got that from an update notice WP sent me last week, however it just dawned on me that there is a slight possibility it could have referred to another WP account.

    Hi Bill thanks for the information, however I still cant locate the email I need to update. I am talking about the one for WP admin purposes. When I go into Settings and General it is not there. I have checked several times.
