As simple as that, log-in into wp-admin panel
go to “Settings” tab and click on “Discussion”
Now you see a Discussion page, from there un-check third option “Allow people to post comments on new articles”.
In this way you can easily remove reply/comments box at end of every page.
Disable visual editor and use HTML mode. After it copy and paste the code of youtube video (you can resize the width or height)

The best way to overcome this problem, is to import your wordpress.com blog to self-hosted wordpress blog and after it you can easily post from your android phone to self-hosted blog.
