As specified in the pricing page, the ‘Family’ plan is good for streaming roughly 150 HD viewer-hours. Per your numbers above the consumption is very much as expected.

We do not have an option to broadcast a pre-recorded video as a ‘live’ directly from WpStream. However, it is possible if you use OBS. You must go to OBS Studio, click on the ‘+’ and select the ‘Media Source’ as seen here http://prntscr.com/111jdzo

Your media source can be a pre recorded video but you will have to use an external broadcaster. Hope this isn’t a deal breaker for you 🙁

Yes you can do that but with code modification – In class-wpstream-player.php file, at line 20 you have
add_action( ‘woocommerce_before_single_product’, array($this,’wpstream_user_logged_in_product_already_bought’) );

Change the woocommerce_before_single_product action name to another woo commerce filter name . See this link https://www.businessbloomer.com/woocommerce-visual-hook-guide-single-product-page/ for reference.

Thanks for your interest in WpStream. We currently do not offer this possibility however, you can upvote this feature on this thread if you would like to see it in a future plugin update. As of now, please check out this tutorial on how to accomplish this using OBS, Skype and NDI. Hope this helps and please let me know if you have further questions!
