You can update the plugin to the latest version or you can use the following custom css styles to resolve the css conflicts on your end:
.lg-actions .lg-prev:after { position: relative !important; opacity: 1 !important; }This are the main instructions you can follow:
1. Create an Album. The album allows to upload multiple images related to the same album element
2. If you hit “Add image” button, it will open the WordPress Media gallery. Upload your images to the WordPress Media gallery.
3. Select the images you want to add in your album from WordPress Media gallery
4. Hit “Insert” button, then the images will appear in your album
5. Save your album and publish it wherever you need it by using short-codeActually it’s not an error, but it’s a notice! The upcoming update will resolve this issue.
For now, I’m sure your WordPress debugging is enabled, that’s why you see this notice! If you’re on production, please disable WP_DEBUG option from wp-config.php. It will hide any notices and errors on your production website, meanwhile we’ll push a new update where this notice will be resolved.
We’ve emailed you the temporary resolution, please check it out.
I’d like to provide more details in this topic, as others who face such issues will know what’s going on.
In the tags you enter please do not use any special character (e.g. & % # @ …). If you want to have a tag like this “prints & posters”, please use this version “prints and tags”.
We’re aware about this problem and working on this! I hope the upcoming update will resolve this issue!
You can build a similar portfolio with GridKit. Can not say it would be 100% replication of the referred version, but it could be very similar to the mentioned one! I guess, popup related stuff could be the main difference, the grid design would be exactly the same as you see in your reference.
I think you have a custom css styles one of your grids, e.g. team members layouts! If that’s the case, please remove the custom css styles or modify them to affect only the specific grid. If that’s not the case, please send an email to support@wospfts.com and provide more details and we’ll troubleshoot the issue for you.
Anyway, I’m pretty sure it’s related to the custom css styles! Make it sure, then let me know.

I’m not sure what’s the problem, haven’t heard about similar problem before! Please send an email to support@wpsofts.com and our developers will help you troubleshoot the problem.
At this moment we don’t have a setting/option for this!
If you’re familiar with programming, can can modify the plugin scripts to make this happen. If you need any assistance regarding such advanced modifications, please send an email to support@wpsofts.com and we’ll guide you to get this done!

In reply to: [Portfolio, Gallery, Product Catalog - Grid KIT Portfolio] WP 5.5I guess you’ve emailed us regarding this! Actually the galleries won’t be deleted by all means. I guess the plugin just disabled after updating the plugin. Simply re-enable GridKit and everything will appear as supposed to.
Sorry for the late reply!
What’s the latest version you’re referring to? Is it v1.8.22 if you’re using Free version, or v1.8.46 if it’s a Premium one?Have you cleaned up the browser cache if you just updated?
Also, if you have any error messages printed in the browser console, I’d appreciate if you could let us know?
