Please open a support ticket on our site at WPRaffle.com so a developer can assist you. We haven’t seen this issue before and opening a support ticket will allow us to help you figure out the conflict.

thanks for this. This has been addressed in our next maintenance release which should be out in the next week or two. We have a few code updates that will be for php 7.4 as well as the latest wp and woo releases.

As we have stated in the other tickets – our developers are looking into why your particular payment gateway is not sending the proper hooks in woocommerce for tickets to generate. Please do not open multiple tickets, as then different developers are looking at the issue and it is conflicting. As we clearly state in our support page, we work Mon to Fri EST hours.
Our developers are looking into what the problem is with your payment gateway. Please do not open multiple tickets as it wastes the time and makes it hard to track who is working on your ticket. When you do not reply to the same ticket – we spin wheels trying to see what was worked on in a different ticket. We are open Mon – Fri 8am to 5pm EST.

That will get you the fastest and best support. We have seen that error happen with a theme or optimization plugin blocks the full load of our plugin on a page.

If you are referring to a basket type raffle where you have many prizes and you want x tickets for prize A, y tickets for prize B, etc. Then there is no plugin for that. But you can do that via https://Chance2Win.org. They have the only basket raffle option in existence.

First for payment gateways – please see our docs. We generate per the woo standards of processing. The free version of the plugin does not allow changing of the prefix or the ticket numbers. Both of those are supported in our paid editions available at https://wpraffle.com
