In reply to: [PDF Embedder] Previews take a long time for fail to load.Hi montanan,
The PDF Embedder doesn’t load a preview of the PDF but the entire document. The PDF scripts themselves are quite light. If you have multiple uncompressed PDFs on the page, they are all going to load at once and may create issues for your visitors as you’ve experienced. If you want to add multiple PDFs on a single page, we recommend using a thumbnail image and link the image to the PDF’s attachment page. Please see the following tutorial: https://wp-pdf.com/kb/how-best-to-add-multiple-pdfs-to-a-single-page-or-post/.
If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to send us an email to contact@wp-pdf.com as we may not see the forum posts in a timely fashion and Premium customer receive support via email and not the WP forums.

In reply to: [PDF Embedder] PDF Embedder Premium VersionHi bdsherman,
2,590 KB is 2.59 MB so the plugin is larger than your file upload limit. Unless you are going to be uploading massive high resolution images, an upload limit of 64MB is probably more than sufficient. And yes, in those tutorials 256 M is 256 MB.
There is a good tutorial on how to safely increase the file limit size here: https://www.bitcatcha.com/blog/increase-maximum-upload-file-size-in-wordpress/. If you are nervous about making these changes, your web host may also be willing to help you out.
If you don’t manage to increase your upload limit, you can always upload the plugin via FTP (https://codex.wordpress.org/Managing_Plugins#Manual_Plugin_Installation_by_FTP).

In reply to: [PDF Embedder] TrackingHi joicek,
Thank you for your interest in the PDF Embedder plugin. I’m sorry to disappoint you but the plugin does not track specific details on who is downloading your PDFs. The Premium and Secure versions of the plugin do track the number of downloads and views, but not any personal information on the user. If you wanted to capture this information, you may need to look at a different download manager or even an e-commerce plugin that supports digital downloads.
If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to send us an email to contact@wp-pdf.com as we may not see the forum posts in a timely fashion.

In reply to: [PDF Embedder] Open new window with same rulesHi Wamisite,
We do have a tutorial example of how to accomplish this here: https://wp-pdf.com/kb/how-best-to-add-multiple-pdfs-to-a-single-page-or-post/. To prevent printing or downloading, you would require the PDF Secure Embedder plugin, please see https://wp-pdf.com/secure/

In reply to: [PDF Embedder] Mobile: Not working, locks, not scrollingHi pasharain,
Support for Premium customers, as per WordPress.org’s terms, is provided via our email. Please send an email to contact@wp-pdf.com and we’d be happy to help.
If you can include a link to a page or post where you are experiencing the issue, as well as the device and browser versions you are using, that would help us do some troubleshooting for you (https://www.whatsmybrowser.org/).

In reply to: [PDF Embedder] Mobile: Not working, locks, not scrollingHi Caan,
I’m sorry that you are still struggling with the plugin. I am still continuing to try to get this issue resolved for you.
I have sent you yet another email with the link to the paid version of the plugin for you to download and I will be happy to continue to help you via the emails as the Review forum and WordPress.org plugin support forums are not the appropriate places for the paid customer support.

In reply to: [PDF Embedder] Doesn’t Work, Useless SupportHi Caan,
I’m sorry that you are still struggling with the plugin but let’s make things clear: I never sent you the free version of the plugin but in fact went out of my way to make sure you had a paid copy of the plugin. I am still continuing to try to get this issue resolved for you. I have sent you yet another email with the link to the paid version of the plugin for you to download and I will be happy to continue to help you via the emails as the Review forum and WordPress.org plugin support forums are not the appropriate places for the paid customer support.

In reply to: [PDF Embedder] Non-size window size before file uploadHi procarmanuals,
The screenshot you have listed as “not normal size” is in fact the default plugin behaviour. The loading bar is displayed and then the content area is adjusted once the proper size has been determined.
The screenshot you list as “normal” is not in fact correct and based on the formatting of the Loading… message, it appears that it is being influenced by another plugin or your theme.

In reply to: [PDF Embedder] I meet cases where pdf-embedder plugin is not loadedHi Frederic,
The case in discussion here has to do with AJAX elements loading on the page and preventing the PDF Embedder from resizing correctly. We have a FAQ on how to resolve this here: https://wp-pdf.com/kb/the-viewer-doesnt-display-at-all-or-at-wrong-size-when-inside-a-javascript-based-tab-or-ajax-page-transitions/

In reply to: [PDF Embedder] is possible include PDF embedded link in a woocomerce product?Hi bruky,
For your email, I think the best option would be to make use of the media attachment pages. This way you can link to the PDF and have it displayed within the embedded viewer without using the shortcode. Please see the following: https://wp-pdf.com/kb/auto-generate-a-wordpress-page-to-embed-the-pdf/
