Hmm, I suspect having multiple tracking codes might be causing the bounce rate to be reported incorrectly and perhaps other issues too.
Looking at the screenshot you shared, the first tag is for the Global Site tag, as the
gtag.jsframework is showing up:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/OJv3ibI’m not sure where the second tag is coming from. Do you have any other Google-related plugins active on your site? If so, you might want to deactivate each one until the second GA tag disappears.
If that doesn’t help, the best way to track down where that’s coming from would be to do a conflict test. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Hmm, it sounds like you might be using a plugin to handle the affiliate links, as “Once in the short description for the words “authenticity guarantee” and second in the “buy product” spot” don’t sound like default WooCommerce features.
Could you please let us know if you’re using an affiliate plugin?
If not, could you please provide us with a screenshot so that we can see what you are describing? It’d be great if you could share a screenshot of the Edit product page for the https://www.soleracks.com/product/air-jordan-4-retro/ specifically, so we can take a closer look at how that’s set up.

Happy to help! I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble connecting your WooCommerce store with your Facebook catalog to get products syncing correctly.
I’d just like to confirm, do you mean all products aren’t being added? If so, I think the issue might be that the site is connected to the wrong catalogue.
Can you please check that? There’s more information here about how to check and fix that.
If that doesn’t help, it’d be great if you could let us more about how you changed plugins and switched back to the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin. The reason I’m asking that is because the plugin has a specific way of deleting products and I’m wondering if that might be affecting what happened after the plugin was set up again. Also, did you only delete the products or did you also delete the plugin?

It looks like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager tracking codes are showing up on the site. For example, here’s what I see on the homepage, a non-WooCommerce page, using the Google Tag Assistant method:

It would be best to avoid having more than one tracking code, as that can cause problems. So yes, I would advice removing your own tracking code and leaving the WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration plugin to do that for you.

Sorry to hear you’ve been having trouble connecting your Facebook shop to your WooCommerce store.
Adding to what Facebook Support said, I think the issue is most likely to do with how the plugin is configured or something else that happens on the WooCommerce/Facebook for WooCommerce rather than Facebook-specific side.
While performing the initial set-up of the Facebook for WooCommerce extension, you should be able to connect to an existing asset, like a Facebook Page or Catalog. However, these steps don’t happen automatically. Here is a link with more details about connecting to different Facebook assets:

If you’ve already tried that, could you please explain a bit about why the connection fails? For instance, are you seeing any errors when trying to connect?
