Hi @simplicitygr,
Sorry to hear you’ve been having trouble connecting your Facebook shop to your WooCommerce store.
Adding to what Facebook Support said, I think the issue is most likely to do with how the plugin is configured or something else that happens on the WooCommerce/Facebook for WooCommerce rather than Facebook-specific side.
While performing the initial set-up of the Facebook for WooCommerce extension, you should be able to connect to an existing asset, like a Facebook Page or Catalog. However, these steps don’t happen automatically. Here is a link with more details about connecting to different Facebook assets:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/#getting-started
If you’ve already tried that, could you please explain a bit about why the connection fails? For instance, are you seeing any errors when trying to connect?
Thank you!
@simplicitygr Moderator note: This topic seems to be a request for support rather than a 5 star review. I’ve moved it to the plugin’s support area.
Thank you for your quick response. I solve this problem with an xml as the re-connection of my WooCommerce with my existing Facebook Shop failed to the last step. Thank you for your support
Hi @sterndata, thank you for moving the topic!
