But in the meantime, please try this. Go to Maps->Settings->Advanced tab and then in the CSS textarea, add the following please:
.gm-style-iw div { line-height: 1.35 !important; }Then press Save. Does this help?

Yes this can be possible if you set the zoom level to only show Italy, and then set the Max Zoom to that Zoom level to stop them from zooming out. You can also then disable mouse panning and panning controls to ensure that the map only remains on that position.Forum: Plugins
