Sorry you feel so strongly about this.
The basic version allows you to do quite a lot actually. It even has a store locator. You can also add as many markers as you want. What feature did you want that wasnt available in the basic?Forum: Plugins

Im sorry for the lack of decent support. I was hijacked last week and have been trying to sort out everything that was stolen (car, cell phone, misc items etc) and I am only back at work now.
