Under Customizer >> Homepage Control panel check that the section is enabled i.e. Storefront Homepage Contact7 Section should have a tick on it.
If it doesn’t then check the box and save.

Oh OK – that’s gonna be kinda hard to debug.
Does the plugin output anything at all on the front end? i.e the address, email or phone number? Or do you get nothing at all?
If nothing at all, do you have the Homepage Control plugin installed?
