    I’m actually developing my site in local.
    The theme is Storefront

    Oh OK – that’s gonna be kinda hard to debug.

    Does the plugin output anything at all on the front end? i.e the address, email or phone number? Or do you get nothing at all?

    If nothing at all, do you have the Homepage Control plugin installed?

    There is nothing displayed
    I have installed the Homepage Control plugin and the SHC7S seems to be activated

    Under Customizer >> Homepage Control panel check that the section is enabled i.e. Storefront Homepage Contact7 Section should have a tick on it.

    If it doesn’t then check the box and save.

    Well that leaves me stumpped as I can not replicate the issue locally or on a live server :/
