OK. Got it. My problem. Forgot to assign a template page to my landing page. Sheesh!
Everything working great.
I solved the email receiving problem by using plugin WP-Mail-SMTP.
However, I do not receive the download link on my landing page. I placed the code, [lab_landing_page] on my designated landing page (I have it selected in the settings), but when I click the email link, I am sent to my landing page, but there is no link for the download.
