The tracking script is for conversion tracking purposes. If you don’t receive emails I would advise to install the plugin:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/check-email/
And check if your WordPress installation is able to send mails via that plugin.
If not: can you ask your hosting provider / system administrator to check your mail settings?

Could you send us a mail at support@wpbookingsystem.com? Together with you we want to work on a solution to make custom styling easier. Maybe with some sort of ‘Custom CSS’ part in the plugin.
