If you’re afraid that she will be deleting stuff, I would advise to make regular back-ups of the whole website and use that as recovery option 🙂

In the Free version that is not a feature.
In the Premium version you can automatically hide the booking history. It’s available at http://www.wpbookingsystem.com.

You can turn it off in the shortcode. You can generate a new embed code by clicking on Add Calendar.

I don’t know what you mean with ‘stop pending bookings from displaying’. You mean you want to automatically set days to ‘Pending’ after a booking is submitted?
