Hi everyone! Kompulex’s solution was’t work for Polish language, but is good track.

If anyone will have problem with PL try this:

$xmlUrl = 'http://www.google.com/ig/api?weather='.$city.'&hl='.$lang.'&oe=ISO-8859-1';
