I tried testing again in an incognito browser after setting Cloudflare to Development mode and clearing all Cloudflare and server caches. Here’s the error I’m seeing in console after running this test on our own site with version 1.41.1:

Failed to execute ‘postMessage’ on ‘DOMWindow’: The target origin provided (‘ https://challenges.cloudflare.com ‘) does not match the recipient window’s origin (‘ https://www.wordzite.com ‘)

As soon as we roll back to version 1.40.0, we don’t experience the issue. So it has to be something in one of the recent updates. Let me know if there’s any other info I can provide that might help.

*Here’s a bit more error detail from console:

[Cloudflare Turnstile] Turnstile skipped implicit render because a widget already exists in this container.

The resource https://challenges.cloudflare.com/cdn-cgi/challenge-platform/h/g/cmg/1 was preloaded using link preload but not used within a few seconds from the window’s load event. Please make sure it has an appropriate as value and it is preloaded intentionally.

That last error in particular seems to occur multiple times on the Wordfence 2FA page.
