    Hi,
    thank you for your replay.

    I think I misspoke.
    The customer cannot complete the payment process via stripe.

    A failed order is generated and a failed order email is sent

    With Paypal plugin I have not encountered this problem, the order is completed and the payment is transferred at the time of shipment.

    Hi,
    here is the answer by the host:
    Good morning
    I confirm that the server is not “masked” by any caching or load balance system.
    The only system that could give this kind of services is cloudflare, but it is not active on your domain.

    At the domain level I see that DNSSEC is active, I suggest you to check with stripe if this setting could be somehow blocking for them or if it needs a different configuration.

    Hi,

    this is the css added in the advanced options of my theme.
    Theme css probably override plugin css.

    I’m not sure if it’s correct, but it works.

    Hi,
    I unlocked access to the xmlrpc in the htaccess file as you suggested, and reconnected the Jetpack, but the problem remains:

    Did I forget something?

    I think I solved for now by adding custom css in the advanced options of my theme.
    I’m using Flatsome Theme.
