I was about to attack the issue again today, – but …
It now works perfectly.
I can see all taxes for all countries, and everything seems to be fine.

I did absolutely nothing – it just started working.

Perhaps some sort of cache that wasn’t cleared until now?

Anyways, I hope it will keep working.

I installed WP-Staging.
I made a staging site.
Confirmed that the taxes problems was present also on the staging site, – which it was.

On the staging site I;

• Updated Woocommerce to latest version.
• Updated WordPress to latest version.
• Cleared database cache.
  All went without problems.
  But taxes problem was still present.
• Imported all orders into analytics (unchecked the skip previously imported orders checkbox) – import took apprx. 15 minutes.
  Taxes now works on the staging site.

Did exactly the same, and in the same order, on the actively running site.
It took an hour and a half to import all orders.
Taxes problem still present.

I then deleted all previously imported orders and started a new import to analytics.
It took forever (5 hours or more for apprx. 15.000 orders).
Cleared database cache.
Taxes problem still present on the live site.

1. It affects all date ranges. No filters are set.
2. In Analytics-Settings, I see nothing running.
   At the bottom of the page, I see:

Import historical data
This tool populates historical analytics data by processing customers and orders created prior to activating WooCommerce Admin.
Import historical data

Box set to “All”.

Checkmark at “Skip previously imported customers and orders”

Imported Registered Customers0 of 0
Imported Orders and Refunds0 of 2
Status: Ready To Import
and a “Start” button.

I have tried to reset default Analytics settings, it had no effect.

The “No data to display” seems to only affect Taxes.
Orders, Revenue etc. seems to work fine.

Tax rates are entered manually. And I haven’t changed any of it for several months.

As I see it, the problem began between january 21st and 22nd.
Perhaps an update was done to WC or a plugin that day.
