the price increase is a reaction on a situation in the US market as all of the routes stopped working. US operators has really strict filters, really strict rules.
We have raised a new route which is cheaper, however there is a registration needed.

as already consulted via email, US routes are really complicated. We are trying to get a route with registration, which will be raised in 2-3 weeks.
For now our team is trying to get the expression from the operator why the messages which you have enclosed did not reach the end device.
We still did not get any reply. If you are facing the problems today, please enclose the fresh SMS IDs to the support team via email – they will send it to the operator to help him find the solution.

Maybe you can connect it to some third party module using our API.

However we are sorry but the Module does not allow the function you need. You can send campaings only to numbers which you will enter (manually, by CSV or Excel import, etc.).

first of all, we apologize for the inconvenience.
However, our support team has been actively solving your problem. As Easter holidays were present at this time, responses from operators were delayed by several days.
Promo messages in the US are very complicated, there are a lot of restrictions (filtering of the URL shorteners, for example), it is very difficult to estimate whether the message will not be caught in the filter. But this is a problem in the whole US, it is not only the problem of our system. If messages are not delivered in this way, we must check with the operator, which also happened to your ticket, and our support team immediately sent you the response which they have received from the operator.
However, we are currently trying to find another route for promo messages. It is currently in the testing phase.
Credits for your undelivered messages have been refunded to you, of which you received an email notification.
Again, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we definitely do not think it is necessary to call our module (or company) as scam, your problem has been actively processed.
We are sorry that you are dissatisfied with our services, but our team has done the maximum for you, unfortunately we cannot influence US restrictions and the time of operator´s response.
