I contact my webhost, here is their replyThose settings are related to the configuration of your application, not the server.
Such changes should be performed by your developer.
I found out the following tutorial which you may provide your developer on how to disable the debug mode of WordPress and the PHP errors:

I contacted my webserver provider, they have tried to change all versions of PHP, the errors still happened.It will be very helpful if you can advise more details on what the PHP misconfiguration is and what needs to be changed so I can contact my webserver provider again to get it fixed.
