In reply to: Can't fix 'Error establishing a database connection'Glad to report a success! All I had to do was import the backed up SQL file and that solved the issue. Didn’t even have to overwrite the files, so saved some time on that too.

2) how -exactly – did you reload the database after you made a new database?The plugin’s name is ‘Backup with Restore’. It backs up the files (theme, uploads, plugins, etc) on the server on timed intervals. That’s what I meant by loading from backup too.
I’m sorry if I didn’t make it clear which part I tried reloading.
