Woocommerce>Settings>Emails tab
You’ll see a list of the emails that can be sent, click on Reset Password. There is a drop-down box where you can change the Email Type from text to HTML.
If you’re not using Woocommerce there is likely a similar path for just WordPress.

My issue was resolved by changing the Email setting to use HTML for emails, which had not been selected previously. Emails were being sent out as plain text so no link was possible.
@superguppiI have the same problem recently with the reset password email. The words “reset your password” are in the email, but it is not a hyperlink.
I have checked that we have a Password Rest page, and the page settings in the plugin have that page selected.
