I simply uploaded the 3 files related to “upgrade” to the wp-admin folder and the login process continued the update by updating the database. The admin panel then opened as normal.
Thank you…. all is well.

I have looked at the file structure in c-Panel and found that the wp-admin folder and all its sub-folders are completely empty.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

When the screen returns from the username/login sequence it returns this page instead of the normal Admin Panel. It seems to be looking for a “POST”.

Yes, using the login you described. Using the form “domain/WP-ADMIN” does not accomplish anything.

Tried clearing Cache and cookies to no avail…

Michael, I am on the same quest as you indicated in your post. Did you have any luck determining the compatibility element of this plug-in, with the Flexsqueeze theme or have you gone a different route?
