Thats a feature which will be included in the full version – which you can find at Github – and/or the commercial version — which you can obtain from me, the author, if your blog is a commercial one.
It will be part of version 1.5 and later, though.

Set the field to

You can remove Nginx from the equation, because the plugin doesn’t influence neither Apache nor Nginx. 😉
