Thats a feature which will be included in the full version β which you can find at Github β and/or the commercial version β which you can obtain from me, the author, if your blog is a commercial one.
It will be part of version 1.5 and later, though.

You can remove Nginx from the equation, because the plugin doesn’t influence neither Apache nor Nginx. π
