the errors in the log are unrelated with the issue reported. You don’t see the VAT and Fiscal code fields in renewal orders because they are not WooCommerce standard fields and it’s necessary to develop an integration with the plugin in order to have them in the renewals

I’m sorry but I think your question is not related to the plugin. As said the plugin needs standard WooCommerce pages in order to work. I cannot grant it will work on custom pages

settings are correct. It’s possible that there’s some third party plugin that is conflicting. Try to disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and this one and see what happens
