the plugin does not use the WooCommerce cart but it has its own cart. That’s why the cart quantity does not change

if you are checking the site while you are logged in, please, make sure the option “Catalog mode for administrators” is set to on. Otherwise, this could be the reason why the buttons are displayed on the desktop.
I checked your site and i can’t see any button in desktop or in mobile.

this means that you don’t have the Reference Transactions enabled on your account. You should contact PayPal to see if they can enable them on your account.

that’s normal. The action is done on that page, so it’s normal that you are redirected back in the page where the action was started.
