It does not. Here is the log https://pastebin.com/BAvzfxby
I tried doing that with the same result. I then created a new Google account and tried it, with the same result. I actually have two websites on the same hosting account and they both behave the same. I thought perhaps the two sites getting saved to the one Google account might be part of the problem. So when I tried it with the new Google account it was only one site getting authorized so I think that is not the problem. Updraft does show as having access in the Google account.
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Plugin breaks formatting in editorAnyone?
I updated the plugin first then tried again to authorize with Google.
I got the same result, conflicting messages about whether it was authenticated or not https://cl.ly/4691265e9508
I tried running a backup anyway and in the log it says “Google Drive: ERROR: Have not yet obtained an access token from Google (has the user authorised?)”
Never-mind they resolved the issue.
Here’s what happens for me https://cl.ly/cf26d0da0c3e
It’s still behaving the same for me.
No. See the this screenshot https://cl.ly/5d0d24edd84f after authorizing there are two conflicting messages.
I tried it using Safari which I never use. After authorizing it I got the same two conflicting messages about being authorized and not yet authorized. I checked beforehand and UpdraftPlus didn’t show as authorized on Google’s end afterwards it did https://cl.ly/0afd4659f48b
No problem and thanks for the assistance.
It was using 1.16.9 when I posted this. Before replying to this I saw there was an update available so I ran it, deauthorized UpdraftPlus, reauthorized, and had the same result. Here’s a screenshot https://cl.ly/2a8791697ea0
In case it matters, there are two websites trying to backup to this account. While trying to figure it out I deauthorized both of them. They’re on the same hosting account and both are having the same result. The second one was on 1.16.8, now on 1.16.10
Same problem
I asked and they said they can’t do that because it’s a shared environment.
So you got the same error on your site? Because the page on our site is password protected so I don’t think you tried it there.

File size limit is already at 20MB
For Live Traffic results, I set the date range to show everything from yesterday and I don’t see anything in there.
Seems odd that it’s only for non-logged in users though.
Thanks for the assistance. I just sent it to you.
@dimath99 thanks for that. It did start the steps of connecting over again. I’m still having issues but I think it’s related to the host.
