In reply to: [WooCommerce] Price displayed wrong on product pageI’m not saying there is a problem with the tax calculation. I only mentioned it because when I searched for the issue I’m having with the wrong price showing, there were instances where it was related to tax. I was just pointing out that it’s not related.
As far as custom code and plugin conflicts, I already mentioned that the problem persists with no other plugins active except Woocommerce and with the TwentyTwentyFive theme active.
I will ask the site owner how many other products are behaving the same, but I believe all products were entered manually.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Price displayed wrong on product pageI thought it would show the link to the product since it has you include the URL when submitting it. But it’s https://mountainuniforms.com/product/isotherm-jacket-long-red-black-with-reflective-no-crosses/
There actually is one standard rate for NV https://share.zight.com/xQumLeqn setup. The tax options are set to “No, I will enter prices exclusive of tax”. Seeing how the displayed price is less than the correct price, it seems like it’s not related to taxes.
Thanks, I’ll do that as soon as I get the login from my client.
OK now it finally shows as active in wp-admin on artquilttahoe.com so I guess one of the payments got applied to the right account, if not both. So can you please credit the second payment? I would talk to your billing people directly, but the only support link I saw took me here. The whole seeing one email and then landing on a page that shows the wrong account email is very confusing, and I was careful to log out of the account and still had trouble.
I logged out, went back in form wp-admin on the right site, it showed the correct email address, I paid again, and then I land on a page where it show me the wrong account again. I looked in their paid invoices and I don’t see the two payment son that account. But the license is still inactive on the site I want to pay for. So I don’t know where those payments got applied. But this is all getting a little ridiculous.

In reply to: [Smart Slider 3] Transitions are inconsistentI missed that somehow, thanks for your assistance.
I deactivated caching while the site is in development, so for me that works fine since once the site is ready I don’t need it password protected.
I’m still having this problem using 3.59.2. Downgrading to 3.4.1 fixed the problem. Maybe a newer version than that would too, but I couldn’t find a list of versions to download.
Thanks for that, that does fix the problem of not being able to edit the links, and thankfully the sliders that I haven’t edited appear fixed.
One thing though, I’ve set the caption links to open in a new window and they don’t.
OK thanks.
They are having trouble again. It was mentioned:
We’ve added several IP addresses from mailchimp to our global whitelist. If you see that mailchimp is blocked again, you will need to add their IP addresses to your personal whitelist. Since we cannot reliably determine the IP addresses of mailchimp because they only use a User Agent and do not use a DNS name.
So how do get the IP addresses? Also, they’re getting a little frustrated, do you think these IPs might just change again anyway?
Thanks for the update, and for letting me know.
I checked with the people who’s Mailchimp account this is, and it seems to be working fine. If it gets blocked again I’ll check what the IP’s are then.
Thanks for you assistance.
