Okay, so I feel the need to reply to myself here. 🙂 I’ve been playing with ngg and found the flash plugins by Airtight Interactive that work with it. The simpleviewer (http://www.airtightinteractive.com/simpleviewer/) does exactly what I was hoping for! Hopefully it enlightens someone else too.

Some of the images in the widget slideshow seem to get resized disproportionately (some of my images are already square so those look okay as they’re not being resized). I have played with many settings and can’t seem to get my widget slideshow looking right. Did anyone figure out the fix to this?
Also, an unrelated problem (well, more of a preference I guess!)… I want to use the imagebrowser on certain pages, however I do not like that the page refreshes each time you click next. Is there a way to get the page to “anchor” in place and only refresh the image? That would be much more user friendly.
