    Hi DeleriousX,

    Thanks again for the detailed report – here’s what we fixed in v1.0.3 (just released):

    1. Return Guidelines is now a proper rich text editor instead of a plain textarea. You’ll see a Visual/Text toggle with formatting buttons (bold, italic, underline, links, lists, etc.) when editing it under ReturnDesk → Settings.
    2. It no longer forces your text into a bulleted list. Whatever you write – paragraphs, your own list, links, conditions – now displays exactly as formatted, instead of being split line-by-line into bullet points.
    3. Fixed a related bug where any HTML formatting you typed (bold, links) was being stripped when the settings were saved, so it would silently disappear even if you typed it correctly.

    To get the fix, please update to the latest version (1.0.3) from your WordPress admin → Plugins page.

    Thanks for reporting this, and glad you’re finding the plugin useful overall!

    You’re right, the “Return Guidelines” field isn’t rendering HTML as expected. We’re looking into it on our end and will update this thread once we have more information.
