Hi Tom, unfortunately I deleted it.
Basically, to keep it short, I had several strikes against me.
WP installed in subdirectory, SSL certificate and a CDN
W3 has all the qualifications but it’s been a nightmare, what with all the defaults mostly not working with this config and false positives known to the author, he says they will be fixed in nest release and was some months ago, and very lacking organized documentation on the issues.
Not necessarily the plugin’s fault as all instances are different.
Also in this case, other plugin issues as well.

I do have it working now after many trial and error configs but still testing as well as other plugins. Not committed to it yet.

The single biggest change was not to use Cloudfront for css and js files and set those up to serve and minify from host server.

I did manage a respectable score of 92 from Yslow and 90 from google on a live test site but not sure if it was worth the hair loss 🙂
Haven’t setup real live site with those options yet.
