Thanks, I’ve put the website in a staging environment and it worked with the default theme and without the other plugins. It also works with the GeneratePress theme, I’ll figure out which one of the other plugins is the culprit.

Theme = GeneratePress.
Other plugins: Akismet Anti-spam, Better notifications for WP, Cookie Notice and Complaince for GDPR/CCPA, Jetpack, Jetpack Boost, Menu Icons, NextGen Gallery, Sidebar Log-In, Swift SMTP, Theme My Login and User Access Manager.
