Il see if we can up that and see if that works.
The BCC field could be an option, however i’m using the ‘Per-Post Override’ for sending the notifications and doesnt that only override the ‘To’ field? Or can it override the BCC?

So it shows a time out error.
I will take a look at the error logs in a second to see if there is anything but im guessing its going to be down to the amount of users?
Im using Mailgun to handle the mail delivery (mainly so they can handle unsubscribes). Iv looked in Mailgun logs and they are sending fine but obviously its not liking it on the actual website.

Im having this same issue. Im running the latest version of the mailgun plugin but all my emails are still coming through as plain text.
Do you have any suggestions for this? Im using Email Templates to customise my email template (https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/email-templates/) but once Mailgun is installed it seems to revert all emails back to plain text.
