This is because I need to allow those IP in our anti-spam to allow them to send email from our domain / on our behalf.
IE: the WordPress forgot password link (and some other email alerts from WordPress) is ‘spoofing’ our email because they appear to come from wordpress@[OurDomain].com but the email is actually sent from [OurDomian]@web194.extendcp.co.uk
Therefore anti-spam does not allow this ’email spoofing’ unless the IP where those emails are sent from by extendcp.co.uk is white-listed or allowed in the anti-spam setup.
