You’re not the first person to ask me about this and I agree it would make the plugin more useful. I’ll definetly add it to the feature list, but I’m not sure when I’m going to be able to update the plugin. Thanks!
Sorry for the confusion, you are correct. It is a shortcode. The plugin creates a shortcode [YAGlossaryPage] that will print out all of the words.
An example is http://thefifthone.com/wordpress-plugins/yet-another-glossary/glossary/.
