We reached out to an external developer and were able to find a fix.
When I duplicated previous popups for the new staff I didn’t realise that I would have to reassign the display rule to everywhere.
That fixed the issue.

For example: for staff member June Wong.
Duplicated a previous popup in the popup builder and added her information
Went into the plain text of the flipbox on the page and replaced the old class id with the new one for her popup.
When clicked, just links back to homepage??
