lets start here: how many theme files do you have? and what are they named?

take all of those files, and compare them to the corresponding files in the defualt theme.

if you need to doublecheck the neccessity of this — change to the default theme. does the problem go away?

To Check for crashed tables:

1. Login to phpMyAdmin.
2. Select the database and click on ‘Structure’ tab.
3. Right under the list of table there is a “Check All” link. Click on it to select all tables.
4. From a “With selected:” drop-down menu right next to it, choose “Check table”.

To Repair crashed tables:

1. Login to phpMyAdmin
2. Choose the affected database. If you only have one database, it should choose it by default so you don’t need to do anything.
3. In the main panel, you should see a list of your database tables. Check the boxes by the tables that need repair.
4. At the bottom of the window just below the list of tables, there is a drop down menu. Choose “Repair Table”

are you positive that you have NOT nested the directories? thats what it sounds like to me.

download the zip. unpack it. grab the file 🙂

you need to upload the files. deleting core wordpress files is going to to do the obvious — break wordpress.

in your style.css:

Ive changed 2 things above, one is changing the one hex color to green.

the second is adding a blue color to the wrapper selector. adjust to suit your color tastes. and you dont have to use “named” colors, I did that to make it easy for you to see.

In the time it took you to register and post your thread here, had you looked in google first, you could have downloaded the theme and installed it.
