I resolved it, we can specify the base shop page in the Woocommerce settings > Pages > Shop Base Page to whatever page you desire.

thnx for the reply.

I am using nginx for the frontend, tried using Apache 2.4 but it gave me Internal Server Error with Better wp Security. Anyway thnx.
