I haven’t made any changes. Just logged into the backend of the multisite. For some reason, now it is working correctly on the frontend.

I want to make sure I understand. I don’t want the primarydomain.com to end up pointing to multisitedomain.com/primarydomainsubsite.
But you are saying that if I add a CNAME for multisitedomain.com/primarydomainsubsite with the value of primarydomain.com it should correct the issue?
