i did all the above ( i disabled all experimental features, performance features, all plugins, theme) but the console error remains. only if i revert back to 3.33.6 the error gone…

i changed the link to full url path http://www.***.***/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/***.jpg and now it works fine.
