We don’t offer that level of support (providing custom codes) in this forum but I did point you in the right direction where you can learn how to do it yourself.
About changing the font or styling on your forms, please post a different topic on the support page for us to track easily the issues by topic.

This sort of conditional logic is not available directly in Contact Form 7. It can be done via custom programming but you would need to be rather skilled at WordPress development using PHP.
Some of the premium Form plugins do offer Conditional Logic including Gravity Forms, Quform and Ninja Forms.

Are you still having issues with the file upload? If so, please provide us a screenshot on your end so that we can replicate the issue on our end.

Which theme are you using? If it’s possible, try to change theme just to check if there’s any difference on the file upload.
