I resolved the problem, just in case if someone gets the same issue:
the postcode “M4B” is incomplete. The correct code should be like this “M4B 1H”, for example.

Thank you, Nishad, seems I managed to fix that.
I’ve checked the Production Key checkbox on the plugin settings. So the requests are sent to the live server now, not to the test one.

I’ve got the same issue. The DHL plugin sends correct requests and gets a response which contains methods with TotalTaxAmount = 0.000.
A week ago everything worked correctly and have changed without obvious reasons.
Would you please give me a link to where I can provide complete data and get information of how I can resolve the issue.
UPD: checking the “Production Key” checkbox helps it.
